If Neo Home TV isn't for you, write to support@neohometv.app within 14 days of buying with the email you paid with. We refund the full amount to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 days.
After a refund the licence is switched off and your TVs return to the trial-ended state. Your apps keep opening as normal.
